Our minimum order requirement varies per item.  Please see our pricing page for more information. "Why is there a minimum?" By keeping a minimum order requirement on our custom items, it enables us to offer our clients the most reasonable pricing we can.  Please keep in mind, we don't mass produce our product, everything we create for you is handcrafted per custom order.  "I love your site but don't see a design that fits my occasion.  Could you design one for me?" We would love to create a custom design for you!  A one-time graphic art design fee will be charged for custom design orders.  Please see our pricing page for more details. "Can I change the color scheme, text/font or even the background to suit my occasion?" Color, text and fonts can be changed in any existing design from our online catalog without any charge.  "I have a few photos that I took and am not sure which to use." Please send us your photos if you're unsure, we'll work together with you and give you our suggestions as to which photo will work best. "I notice that you offer digital photo retouching, is there an additional charge for this to be done?" No, we will gladly touch up your photo to the best of our ability at no additional cost to you.  If we feel that your photo is not of a acceptable quality to produce a final product that we would be proud to present you with, we would contact you by e-mail.  We would possibly ask for you to send us a replacement photo. "Can I add my child's favorite cartoon character to the design?" Sorry, but these images are protected by copyright laws.  Unless we have a signed release form completed by the copyright holder authorizing use of their image, we cannot reproduce these images.  Please review our policy on copyright or licensed materials and/or contact us for information about this release form.  "I don't see any examples on your site that have wording that suits my occasion and I can't seem to make up wording that I'm happy with.  Can you help?" Sure, please just e-mail us and we can work together at getting the perfect saying added to your magnet order. "What kind of shipping do you offer and are rush orders/shipping available?" We give priority to all birth announcement orders and try to get all orders out to you as soon as possible! "What is your policy on returns?" Please click here to read our entire return policy.  Please know that to date, we have never had a customer with a request for a return. We use a high-quality flexible magnet that's 30 mil thick.  A single piece of copy paper is usually 4 mil. thick, therefore our magnet backing is thicker than 7 sheets of regular paper! "How are the prints processed for your magnets?" We have all deluxe photo magnet favor's prints professionally developed on FUJI Crystal Archive Paper©.  Our digital photo processor uses the latest digital photo developing technology from FUJI® to produce film-quality prints from your digital camera. They use special chemicals for brighter colors, sharper whites, for photos that will last a lifetime. "How long will it take to get my magnet order?" From the time we receive your final approval of the proof we send you, it usually takes between 7 to 10 business days to complete and send your custom order out to shipping.  Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail Service which takes 1-4 days (please see the shipping section of our pricing page for more information on our shipping methods). "Can I order magnets without a photo?" Absolutely!  We've had customers that submit poems and just want text for their magnets.  Please share your thoughts with us.  We'll let you know if the amount of text that you'd like to insert in our custom magnets could fit properly.
